The Lady Panthers were stunned in the IHSA Regional Semi-Finals by Collinsville (11-9). Seeded #1 in the postseason and coming off a 2nd place finish in the SWC with a 4-1-1 record, the Panthers had high hopes in the IHSA Class 3A Regionals. Collinsville finished just 1-5 in the SWC and OTHS defeated them 4-1 earlier in the season, but a tough defense that OTHS could not break proved enough as the Kahoks pulled off the 2-0 upset to advance to the Regional Finals. The Lady Panthers finished 11-4-2 overall and 4-1-1 in the SWC (2nd Place).

Sophomore Paige Pfankuch was named O'Fallon Progress Athlete of the Week for the week of April 30th. Paige has led the Panthers in scoring the entire season with 7 goals and 4 assists in her last 6 games.

More than 50 members of the freshman, junior varsity and varsity teams gathered in the school cafeteria after their Saturday, March 20, morning practice to create 25 Easter baskets appropriate for middle-school-aged girls that were donated to Friends of Kids with Cancer, a St. Louis area not for profit, for distribution to patients in Cardinal Glennon, St. Louis Childrens and St. Johns hospitals during the week before the holiday.
