2007 Jason Turkington 15-7-1 Ranked as high as 4th in St. Louis Post Dispatch, highest ever, and in the top 10 the entire season. Ryan Muich All-State

2008 Jason Turkington 7-11-3 Panthers started out hot but a rash of injuries and bad luck had them finish with the first losing record in OTHS history.  

2009 Jason Turkington 17-4 OTHS bounced back from first losing season in school history with one of the best seasons in school history. The team set many school records, won the SWC conference, Regional Championship, and was ranked as high as #5 in the state. Connor Knox All-State

2010 Jason Turkington 14-7-1 OTHS won its 2nd consecutive Regional Championship by defeating conference rivals Belleville East and Collinsville, before losing to Edwardsville in the IHSA Sectionals.

2011 Jason Turkington 19-4-1 OTHS won its 3rd consecutive Regional Championship by defeating Collinsville, before losing to Quincy in the IHSA Sectionals in a thrilling 4OT game. It was the first year a team from Illinois won the CYC tournament, and defeated St. Louis power SLUH. The Panthers were ranked among the best in Illinois, Midwest, and US as well as maintaining a top ranking in the Belleville News-Democrat and top 3 in the St. Louis Post Dispatch. 2012 Jason Turkington 9-6-7 Seeded 3rd out of 4 Regional teams, OTHS won its 4th consecutive Regional Championship. Andrew Cunningham - 1st team All Academic All State by Chicago Fire.

2013 Jason Turkington 13-9 OTHS won its 5th consecutive Regional Championship and finished 2nd in the SWC with a 5-1 record. Defeated Belleville West for the Regional Championship before losing to Edwardsville in the Sectional Semi-Finals.

2014 Jason Turkington 7-11-3 OTHS won its 6th consecutive Regional Championship after finishing 2-3-1 in the SWC and in 5th place.

2015 Jason Turkington OTHS won its first ever Metro-Cup Tournament Championship by going 3-0 and outscoring its opponents 13-3.
